WHC is supporting the Greater Baltimore Leadership Association’s fundraising event, the 2015 Monte Carlo Nights Masquerade Ball.  In past years, this incredible event has been the must attend social affair in Baltimore.  And it serves as one of the main fundraisers for the programs and initiatives that GBLA plans in the upcoming year.
