Your are invited to the BPM First Friday Happy Hour on November 7th 2014.  There is no cover charge for this event.  However, BPM asks that you bring school supplies to help with their School Supply Drive for Baltimore City Schools.  We hope to see you there!

The Wealth Diversity Summit (WDS) is an event consisting of powerful panel discussions throughout  the day to provide impactful solutions to economic,  social and political issues that have widen the wealth  diversity gap among minorities and non-minorities  within the last 50 years.   

The panel discussions (moderated by The Baltimore Association of Black Journalist) will focus on important topics to reduce the wealth gap for minorities (African American and Latino Community), next generation and women:

*Reducing Minority Community Poverty Levels in Focus Areas
Education and Political System,Incarceration and Unemployment 

*Improving Minority and Women Owned Small Businesses Success Rates

*Rebuilding Minority Wealth through Homeownership Education

*Increasing Minority, Next Generation and Women Retirement Savings through Financial Literacy    

Keynote Speakers:  Bernard Jack Young, Baltimore City Council President Deborah Owens, Wealth Coach & Owens Media Group, LLC Marliyn Mosby, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Demoractic Candidate                

Also, this event was created in remembrance of pioneer, Reginald F. Lewis so during the open reception we will honor him, his legacy and family with a Baltimore City Declaration: Reginald F. Lewis Day.
